designer bags that too with "their mighty lebels / signatures" never attracted me ................. if i would have to pick a designer bag ever , that would only be a bottega veneta's icon handbag (either classic/old one's or newer one's)

......... and i'm shocked @ almost all of the prices they quote , the problem with me is that i can't spend too much , it's just not my habit .( i'll rather help someone in need with half or 1/4 or 1/8 of that money)

purses & bags often correlate with people's personalities

formal bags are different of course than work bags.

etienne aigner and fossil has good bags. sturdy fabric bags are really cute.

sheyn , having a fetish for OTT designer / expensive bags and -or- it's affordability is one thing ..........but i believe that it's not easy to carry such bag with just any other outfit , seriously u've to dress up accordingly , so that u don't look like a dumb ass ( who've just hit a fortune), but rather a person who have a good fashion sense , and i've this point of view not just for the bags but also for designer shoes & accessories.

i dunno about personalities though yes to an extent its very true........

i myself like different types of bags sometimes cuz they are spacious , others just because they look cute or elegant , so i dunno whether that would mean " i just can't make up my mind ":D .........

as far as spending on bags is concerned i will admit i did get a few really expensive ones , YSL and Fendi and have never gotten myself to use them more than a few times and some not at all .............but my usual handbags i try to make sure they come within a certain price range so i don't feel bad abt overspending ...........

hsap style isn't related to price......never is , never was......

as far as designer bags are concerned it depends on the look ur going for and one wud hope one shops accordingly however in my opinion as much as some of them look wow i wud never pay that much for a bag.................there are better things money can buy.....

getting back to the thread the purpose was just to share bag ideas not prices .........not everything we like we buy !
