i think she has to be my all time fav actress. i love watching her performance. especally in tanhayian as aaani and in mehndi n these days she is the mother of naheed shabbir in Yaadain. what do you guys think about her??

**Baddo (Badar Khalil) *****has been one of the most profilic artiste on PTV and later..private productions, since as far back as 1969-70.
Her remarkable performance as “BI JAMALO” as a young vibrant Baddo…spotted by Ghufran Imtiazi at Rawalpindi Centre…was the take off point and thereafter..no looking back for her…!
She has scores of plays up her sleeves currently—having worked in many since decades now.
She lost her husband Shahzad Khalil as a young wife and braved many a situations to bring up her children gracefully. She carried herself so well that she is termed as one of the most sophisticated ladies…in fact first of the top ten ladies of the PTV.
I did my first plat with Baddo in 1981 when I returned back to Pakistan from Bahrain. Iqbal Latif’s “RAHGUZAR” was a short play where Baddo played my sister…thereafter its been 42 plays and serials that we have teamed of which the best of the serials was “HUM SE JUDA NA HONA” of Humayun Saeed in 2003 and of long plays; “BAKRA EIDI EID PE” for ARY in 2005.
Baddo is th emost respected, loved and most cherished person of TV Showbiz…having also worked in Javed Shaikh’s “YDAKH” and now her forthcoming being “Khullay Aasman K Neechhay”
BADDO-BUSHRA ANSARI & SAHIRA KAZMI are very close to each other and form a trio…who are currently busy preparing for dholkis and mehendi and wedding of Sahira’s son Ali Kazmi with Elysee..(not Annoushey’s sister)

Badar was excellent in Thanhaiyan and Dhoop Kinare, but I think she needs to retire now.
