Once a snake came and sat in my naani’s chulah, she killed that snake by using her chimta(tongs) by twisting its neck:D, I killed at least dozen rat snakes while harvesting in field:D, but in this pandit race, when snake comes out they pray to it to leave the house, he is representative of Bhagwan Shiv:smack2:. We cook in our kitchen they way we like, here, you have to cover your head so that not a single hair falls in food etc:(

My dadi used to believe that snake are normally jinnat and when you see them ask them 3 times to leave on the name of Hazrat Suleman, if it does not move then kill it :bummer:

Ninja, at personal level, even I have too much of physical power, my saas calls it Horsepower, and She often uses my horsepower in pulling up boxes:D or almira or lifting and setting up cylinder, its our tribal trait and secondly sikhs aren't sophisticated types, the incident that you mentioned is possible only in tribal society and our basic society is tribal, that is why we are the only race that competed and defeated Pathans and controlled their territory much successfully than yanks and ruskies:). And it is good that Sikhs and Pashtoon are living in two different location now separated by Pakistani Punjabis otherwise from Kandhar to Delhi we would have turned everything to dust:D
