Re: badaam milk

^yummy!

Re: badaam milk

Nikki I pretty much make it the same way as Mahismart does ...

its a fab recipe ... Enjoy :@:

Re: badaam milk

And how many million calories is it by the way :hmmm:???

Re: badaam milk

^ Pretend it doesn't matter, you have been starving yourself all day, after all.

That’s what I was going to ask too … hehe.

I don't add condensed milk, as I don't like the taste of it, in badaam milk and it tastes delicious without it too.

Re: badaam milk

This is how i make it:

take a spoon and 7 badaams, crush them with the spoon, make sure the surface is not glass or anything fragile (plate).. then take those crushed badaams and put em in cold or hot glass of milk. voila! bon a petit! :D

I make it the same way mahismart does.. we add a pinch of saffron that's been soaked for 1/2 hour.

On my date packet it said that each date contains 429 calories!!!

Duplicate post!

Re: badaam milk

429?? :| i heard 200 calories...sigh.

im gona try this tonite..

That is what it says on my date packet and I nearly had a heart attack after reading it! Maybe it is a misprint or something! Has to be right? I have actually stopped eating those dates! Lol! (No wonder it is advised for a woman who has just given birth to eat lots of dates - makes sence why now! Hehe!)

I read also that fresh dates have lower calories than dried dates.

ill try it tonight too

Re: badaam milk

sounds delish but very fattening and calorie-laden. even though almonds and milk do have "good fats"
im assuming u dont get the same txture if u use skim/fat free milk =(

probably but im using skim fat free milk so ill let u know how it goes!

could be the calorie count of the entire package?
