To be honest, Misbah has been going through a horrible form for the past year in all forms of cricket without a significant contribution in any forms of the game. If there is one batsman who is seriously in danger of losing his place in the team, it would be him.
That is not to say that Malik has been among the runs lately but he has been performing well in patches without any big knocks. He played a significant role in the Twenty20 World Cup. I wouldn't be surprised if Pakistan bring in Faisal Iqbal for the last match.

Malik isn't scoring runs because he is a joke of a batsman and poops his pants everytime the ball starts to swing in a match.

Yeah, I agree both Shoaib Malik and Misbah need to be replaced. I mean, they could have easliy played Razzaq instead of Malik and have a bowling options too in the series. If Younis Khan could get wickets then I am sure Razzaq would have done much better in place of Shoaib Malik. Misbah at least has one fifty in this series, but he is definitely not the same over the last year and hasnt done much to deserve a place in the squad uncontested.
If Paki think(stink) tank didnt replace them with Fawad Alam who had so much backing from many people & good domestic performances, then I dont think they're going to replace either Misbah of Shoaib Malik anytime soon. Just my thought. This is, after all, Pakistan cricket.

Malik was performing here and there nothing big but after loosing his captaincy i was expecting a bad patch from him but he stood and stood good enuf to show he is a team member. after all the politics hapened around him that was more den enuf.. It was good to see yunis backing malik in all that. if he wanted he could have easily drop him for 3rd test and not many questions would raise .
