Kids go through phases. My 4 year old is currently going through a similar phase of just dudu and roti. It’s OK. Try giving smoothies [fruit and yoghurt] or try roti dipped in salan to expand her tastebuds. Then try small pieces of chicken, or pasta in butter.

thanks. i have tried every thing. she has to stop drinking milk as she is over weight but does not eat anything and has low iron too. she loves icecream and i tried out of fruits but she wont eat. she does eat pasta but very little.
she will take vanilla shake but not milk shake made out of fruits.
i need her to eat something other than three meals that she does take.
