My daughter is two years old. she is very bad eater. Only eats roti and drinks milk.
I can not feed her roti through out the day or give her milk.
I want her to eat fruit but she screams if i mention mango, water melon or any other fruit.
Kids go through phases. My 4 year old is currently going through a similar phase of just dudu and roti. It's OK. Try giving smoothies [fruit and yoghurt] or try roti dipped in salan to expand her tastebuds. Then try small pieces of chicken, or pasta in butter.

thanks. i have tried every thing. she has to stop drinking milk as she is over weight but does not eat anything and has low iron too. she loves icecream and i tried out of fruits but she wont eat. she does eat pasta but very little.
she will take vanilla shake but not milk shake made out of fruits.
i need her to eat something other than three meals that she does take.
If she's overweight, then you really should cut down her intake of shakes. Stick to her 3 meals and fruit in between, or crackers. And if her iron is low, then giver her iron fortified creal for breakfast and a multivitamin...I suppose you already give her enough meats/spinach.
From a mom who been there: cut down her milk to only 2 times a day. Let her eat with you during meals. If she makes a mess- let her. Encourage salty (little mirch) to increase appetite. The sugar kills the hunger.
