Is this guilt? If so, seek forgiveness from Allah in the manner of seeking forgiveness and go to the people affected and offer help or give a gift. Develop a way to rid your heart of any hatred towards the other, but you don’t know whether the condition of the other was always meant to happen, or if the bd-du’a has not come from you but from another person … In most cases stopping the hatred/jealously automatically stops the effects of the bd-dua, unless the effects have been bd-du’a are more permanent - i.e. resulted in death.
bd-du’a is never the best feeling to have - it destroys our own souls … we should forget and forgive and let Allah (SWT) deal with our affairs.
Du’a cancels bd-du’a … It stands for reason … Pray for the health and well being of the other person …
