I believe, once a bad dua is said, it does get accepted most of times whether you like it or not, so that's why it's said that you should think before saying...

Is this guilt? If so, seek forgiveness from Allah in the manner of seeking forgiveness and go to the people affected and offer help or give a gift. Develop a way to rid your heart of any hatred towards the other, but you don't know whether the condition of the other was always meant to happen, or if the bd-du'a has not come from you but from another person ... In most cases stopping the hatred/jealously automatically stops the effects of the bd-dua, unless the effects have been bd-du'a are more permanent - i.e. resulted in death.
bd-du'a is never the best feeling to have - it destroys our own souls ... we should forget and forgive and let Allah (SWT) deal with our affairs.
Du'a cancels bd-du'a ... It stands for reason ... Pray for the health and well being of the other person ...

I think everyone misinterpreted this I said it was a dua for me and nobody was hurt only I feel the effects cause it was for me I don't want the wish anymore so how can undo it...please pray my new dua conquers old one and wins...this, will renew my belief in Islam cause I feel awful stuck...

You made a dua and u felt the effects caused by it. Now to reverse it you may ask Almighty Allah, forgivness by admitting your ignorance, and hope whatever is best for you may He grant it to you.
Moreover, do Dhikar of 'Astagfar' as much as you can.
