no...if u have any problem...talk to the manager and if not satisfied, write to the higher ups ... remember, a written complaint goes a LONG way...always!!!

I never shout either, I've worked in customer service so I know what that feels like. However if the customer service is bad (below the standard I maintained) I do get impatient.

I dont shout but I do show how annoyed I am.
If its unacceptable behavior then I speak to management.
