What are some food combinations that you’ve been told are no good?
I heard the latest one…egg and spinach should never be mixed.
Another old one…fish and milk (dairy products) are a no-go.

Egg and spinach? Never heard of that, I eat spinach omelets all the time
Isnt the fish and dairy a kosher thing

Nah im pretty sure its meat and dairy thats not allowed tob e mixed.

is it not allowed or just something desi's say, not to mix milk and fish. my mom says this is especially true if the fish has bones.

meat and dairy is strictly prohibited for jews...
for us muslims, there are no such restrictions (at least not to my knowledge). I think ppl fear u will get white spots (vitiligo) if u mix milk with fish.
Another one I just googled was milk and orange juice mixed together. I mix it sometimes, but after googling it, found out its an "odd" combination.
