Re: bad breath

Bad breath is most likely cuz of bacteria in your mouth, especially on the tongue. Try using a tongue cleaner like 'OraBrush'

Re: bad breath

flossing is really important
brushing after every meal
get the teeth cleaned every 6 months and get any cavities filled
and get a tongue scraper
oh and duh drink lots of water b/c dry mouth can also contribute to bad breath

Re: bad breath

on top of all that.. if you have stomach issues like constipation.. that could also give you bad breath... so rule out one thing at a time.

Re: bad breath

Brushing and flossing (of course) and a good mouthwash.

Re: bad breath

you might have periodontal gum disease

Re: bad breath

:rotfl:

along with brushing the teeth and flossing, don’t forget to scrape the tongue with a tongue scraper too. and common sense stuff: avoid lots of garlic, onion, certain cheeses etc etc

Re: bad breath

Bad Breath Home Remedies:

1.) Brush your teeth 3 times a day after every meal, specially after consuming milk products, fish and meat.
2.) Brush your tongue along with your teeth regularly. Wash the tongue with baking soda dissolved in

warm water to reduce the acidity in your mouth making a less-friendly environment for the bacteria to

grow.
3.) Clean and replace your toothbrush regularly.
4.) Parsley, coriander, basil, rosemary, thyme, wintergreen, cardamom seeds, cinnamon bark, clove, fennel or

anise seeds are great breath fresheners. Slowly chew any of these herbs and allow the saliva to build up
in your mouth.
5.) Drink plenty of water throughout the day.

Re: bad breath

Brush yourteeth AND your tongue!!! This will help you a lot, also try to stay away from garlicky foods.
