What these commercials show is the muscle you make when you work out with these machines. What they **dont **show is the fat they dont burn. Whatever muscle you make by working on these machine will only be visible when you get rid of the fat by other means such as a cardio workout.

hahahahaaha… i dont understand why ppl buy gym equipment for home. It only makes sense when you are motivated enough to go to gym and need some extra boost on the days when you cant make it to the gym. All the people i know that own a bow flex never use it. LOL
