I’m 18 weeks preggers and recently I’ve been getting a lot of back pain when I sit for more than a few minutes at a time. I try to walk around, but once the pain starts, it hurts all day even after walking around. I also can’t be walking away from my desk all the time when I’m at work.
Does anyone have a recommendation for a good support pillow for my chair at work? Something not too expensive. Or any other ideas to help with the back pain??
Right now I have a normal cushion on my chair but it doesn’t help at all
also, you can try wearing a “belly belt”.. I think you can get them from Target or maternity shops… they helped a fair bit too..
try wearing supportive tummy wear.. like maternity pants that support the belly, that will help with the backpain :k:
I am not too sure whether you can go for a pregnancy massage this early on in the pregnancy… but if you can, then go one now and then. They really help.
