we are young and we have back aches. what are we doing that might be the cause?
spine stenosis is bad and is often undiagnosed.
so is a fall or a injury or wrong posture and exertion.
people must take care of their backs, while driving, while sitting and standing, using a good mattress to sleep on, a firm chair and so forth.
