yes bachelor parties are picking up in Pakistan mainly in upper middle class and upper class.
it is attended by groom to be male friends and they can either be bachelors or committed/married.
whether one indulges in wrongful acts or not depends on the character and own values.
if a groom to be and his close friends arranging this party for him are not into dirty acts in their normal lives they do not keep any such thing for a bachelor party as well and vice versa.
generally good nice bachelor parties in Pakistan are built around some specific theme, then all the venue decor is done according to that theme. themed cake is cut by the groom to be, they have special menu, music,dance, and have fun in nice clean manner.
and oh yes the groom to be gets presents separately on this party as well:)
a separate party is thrown for bride to be as well in Pakistan.
