So what if they took the fangs out? It could still wraps itself around the kids neck. Animals always act in defense if they feel like they're being attacked.
Let it wrap itself around...what's the problem when that kid is not scared of it?..if that kid was scared then it was wrong and ofcourse it goes without saying that it is a bigger mistake hadn't it's fangs not been removed.
That kids parents must be snake charmers. For them it is just a training which they are giving to their child assuming they were snake charmers by profession
