My nephew who is 15 months has 10 teeth already mashAllah. He’s got strong morning breath, however. His mom has started brushing his teeth with baby-toothpaste but he still has morning breath.
What can we do, mommies?

Maybe acid reflux causing bad breath? Maybe have them check at their doctors.

yes, reflux does cause that morning breath. One of the easier remedies to try till you see the doc is to raise the head of the bed, stuff some pillows under the mattress so that the little one's head is raised a bit. This helps to keep the stomach contents down in the stomach where they belong.
