Baby stuff from pakistan...which isn't available in UK and North America?

My BIL is visiting Pakistan and I was wondering what baby things I can get from PK that can help pre and post baby..

So far, I can think of a mattress kinda thing that’s stitched as a pocket and you slide the baby in (anyone know whats it called?)

and head shaping pillows

any other useful things??? he’s back in a week…so urgent replies pretty please!

baby sleeping bag
shalwar kameez or baby desi wear for next eid if you wanna plan ahead and know the gender. you might want to ask for panjeeri too

I dont know the gender yet…cant wait to find out! I am due end of April, so it’d be a bit too early to get panjeeri…but I hope someone I know will visit pk closer to the time because I would love to get it!

Maternity desi clothes if you want. Can’t think of anything else unless you know the gender.
