Last night, my poor hubby got no sleep at all. The 2 dogs were very restless and came waking him up every hour or 2. That woke eldest son who came in to our room too. Then the cat came in to harass him. He was in SUCH a bad mood this morning!
ANYway, after dropping boyz at school, I went in to clean in the bathroom. I got hubby’s shirt hangers out from between the wall and the sink cabinet to dispose of them and I saw this brown/black lump way in the back corner. I thought “ewww gross! a washcloth must have fallen down there and it got all moldy!”. So I went to scoop it out with a hanger and -
IT HOPPED!!!
I almost wet my pants!!!
Then I realized - its a BABY RABBIT!! It is SOOO cute! Apparently either one of the dogs or the kitty hunted it and brought it in and then it got away! lol! THATS why they were so restless last night!
I got him out, put him in the kitty crate on a warmed towel and syringe fed him some sugar water. Called my sis, the nurse and she’s coming to get him. She lives in real country so she’ll raise him and maybe let him go when he’s big enough - or then again knowing my sis she’ll just keep him as a pet.
Cant wait till boyz come home to see the baby bunny!!
