My baby born in Iraq and that area we don’t have embassy , I got one time travel document to travel pakistan. Now I am looking to get baby passport from Pakistan , so which document I need to get baby passport and what will be birth location on baby passport.

OP, could you give us some more details on your current situation?
-Are you currently living in Iraq?
-Are you and your spouse Pakistani?
-Why are you looking to get your baby a passport from Pakistan?
As far as your child’s birth location on the passport, wouldn’t it have to be Iraq, if that’s where he/she was born? 
If you can provide us with some more details, someone may be able to guide you better.

no citizenship based on birth unless daddy is one.

1- Birth Certificate issued by Health Ministry of Iraq
2- One way travel document stating date and place of birth
3- Parent's Passport, ID cards
4- Marriage Certificate
5- Domicile Certificate (optional)
Obtain digital birth certificate from Union Council office
Register your new born baby in nearest NADRA office and obtain Computerized Registration Certificate (CRC).
Then apply for Machine Readable Passport (MRP)
Place of birth will be written as 'city name followed by country name'. Example, Baghdad, Iraq.
