My baby is 10 months she sleeps at 11 at night n wake up at 10 in the morning thn she takes nap at 3 to 6 n thn sleep again at 11 I know she is having sufficient sleep of 14 hrs almost in 24 hrs but I heard at this age she should take 2 naps one in morning n 1 in evening it’s good 4 brain development is she fine wth this routine or should I encourage her for small naps 2 times a day? If yes thn how can I encourage her? I don’t like waking her up

If it works for you, and she's happy and engaged when she's awake then I wouldn't worry about it.

I don't see any reason to change her schedule in terms of number of naps.
You should consider gradually getting her to sleep earlier and wake up earlier.

awwww thnkx for replying actually 1 thing which is distrubing is that at night she cant sleep wthout even if i go 2 washroomn she l be up n crying :( but during day she sleep on her own n i cant sleep before 11 :( i have 2 finish kitchen n other house stuff

my daughter had almost the same routine as urs when she was younger n we used to sleep at 11-11:30 at night ,when she was to start preschool i put her to sleep half an hr-15 mins earlier each day n she adjusted just fine so ,dont worry n enjoy this sleep -whenever-u want time coz i think u get this luxury only with ur first born ......if u r not working obviously..

my son is the same way as your daughter. he only takes one nap during the day but he is active and responsive and energetic and that is all that matters.

Yeah allhumdullah my daughter is also mashahallah very active at 10 months she is already running in the house I m ok wth her sleep at 11 but ladies around me were like hi itni se bachi bus 1 Dafa din mei Solti hai she should take 2 naps it's good 4 mental development so I kind of got worried tht I might be missing something
