Hi guys,

Im inshallah going to have my first baby in Sep this year, inshallah…Im currently 17 weeks pregnant nearing 18 weeks, and would now love to have some ideas for baby names…

Could you therefore please share any beautiful names that you know for both boys and girls…I love soft urdu names like seher (if you know what i mean) and arabic names and names that are different and not that common…

So please guys, do share some names here as im sure other mums to be might also find this helpful…

names for boys: abdullah, muhammad, danish, amran, zaid, warsh, fahad, faiz, sami, abdulwahid, arafat, farrukh

names for girls: amatullah, aisha, wahbiyah, andaleeb, sarah, hanan, fatema, noor, mariam, huma/humayun, zahra, aroush

For girl’s I love the name MAHNOOR.

Sajal is a lovely name. Fatimah too. Rabia. Maria. Fadia. Mehwish. Mahreen.

If it was me I would have gone for Mahreen or Maria.

In boy names. Shahzeb, Sarem, Shahmeer, Shehreyar, Salman, and Rizwan are my favourite ones. If it was me I would have gone for either Shehreyar or Shahzeb.

for boys: Shahan, Zayaan, Ishaan, Abdul Rahman, Imaaz.

for girls: Kainat, Amna, Eshal, Enaya, Iman.

Boys: Ahmed, Aryan, Taimur, Mohammad, Abdullah,
Girls: Royaan (mean My Dream), Roya (means Dream), Lulua (pearl), Laluna (gems)

In arabic names I prefer those ones that are having association of great people from Islamic history or the muslim heroes and trust me they sound good too.

For boys: Ismail, Ibrahim, Yahya, Suleiman

For girls: Izzah, Zoya.
