Hi girls

Im 24 wEeks alhumdulillah and theres days when i can really feel the baby move and theres days like today i hardly feel it move is ths normal?? I thought the more further along im gettin i should feel te baby more??

Yday it was really moving but today i have hardly felt anythng should i be worreid? Becuase i am!

The pattern of movements is very erratic till the 28th week Mizz. I myself have days when my little one seems to be hardly moving much. But it is nothing to worry about. If you do feel movements 2-3 times a day. That is good enough for now. Also if you yourself have been busy working or moving you probably didn’t notice the movements.

So you could do the following to trigger some movements

  1. Sit down for a while and relax.
  2. Drink a cold sweet drink. It does work for me at times hehe
  3. Play some music hehe

If you are still feeling a bit worried then call your midwife up and talk to her!

Yeah i had my scan at 20 weeks alhumdulillah baby is well:)

during my first prergnancy i felt the baby move like 6times in total all through out my pregnancy :hinna: i talked to the doc she said some babys movements are hard to feel..

my second pregnancy i felt him all the time starting 22weeks somedays used to be quieter but mostly he was pretty active in there that i could feel him all the time.. i was told by the gyno to lay down or have some ice if iam worried or paranoid about not feeling movements for a while, ice always worked.

What enigmatic said...also if you have anterior placenta by any chance you won't feel strong movements fir a very long time..I felt my first flutter at about 23 weeks and then it was on and off!!!

Drink cold water and lie on your left side... You will feel something!

27 weeks now AH :)
we are quite close hehe. Am actually really waiting for GTG's baby now and hoping all goes smooth for her IA. :D She's due soon :)

I have been to L&D twice due to contractions that were triggered due to gallstone attack but alhamdulillah cuppycake is doing well and we just want him to keep cooking for now!!!

35 more days to go inshaAllah!!!
