if elevating her head when she was lying down made a difference it sounds like reflux to me. Go to your doctor and explain this, you need some medication for your little one.

Another sign of reflux in babies is if they are lying on their side they bend their back not into a c shape but like the other way…i really cant explain it…thats what i meant by does your baby arch her back when she is lying down…

but from what you are describing it sounds like your baby has reflux.

i m sorry i didn quite understand this…i elevated her from the pillow side yesterday and it made alot of difference.. i m actually shocked. she slept for 2 hrs and wud wake up and take feed and sleep for another 2 hrs. cud u repeat wot u said in urdu.. perhaps u r sayin the same thing i m sayin :S

most babies born these days have a form of reflux.. and dont require medicine… it goes away as their organs mature…

give it time ok.. elevate. burp. you can give her thickened milk especially made for babies with acid reflux though you bfeed so you may not wanna.

i dun think its reflux.. she dusnt have all the symptoms of reflux. nvertheless ill ask my doc just in case

When and how you can set babies routine to sleep etc???

Reflux is when fluids from the stomach come back up because the flap closing the stomach is not fully developed. It can be uncomfortable and sometimes painful for babies, but most of the time babies grow out of it without any trouble and there is no need for meds.
