mall.. its summer. yes saunf has a thandi taseer but it will not harm her in the summer.. infact its good.. i give my son saunf water just to cool him down in this heat. saunf and mint water.. its great for stomach cramping and to battle inner heat.

pls suggest how mch water and saunf if i make it daily fresh? diamond said 1.5 litre but thaz alota water.. i wanna make it fresh for her.
