Baby girl names

Salam, guppies

Alhamdulillah, I’m having a baby girl with due date 10’th of March.
My MIL is quite sure it’s a boy and she has even decided the name for a baby boy, but I had scan last week which showed it’s a girl…muhahahaha…
Haven’t told her about this, won’t do it either.
I can now hopefully decide the name my self and I need ur help for this.

I wan’t a short and cute name with a good meaning.
Any suggestion’s?

Lots of good suggestions in this thread: http://www.paklinks.com/gs/parenting/332105-girl-names.html

Congratulations!

congrtssssss!

this will b a well deserved tight slap on ur MIL's face... hahaha :D i dun understand why the hell these women are crazy abt havin boy's as the first baby!! btw is this ur first too?

hey which week r u in rite now? even my due date is in may 10 somethin like this. i m in week 15, 3 days. if u r the same as me, i dun think this time the ultrascan can show the gender perfectly. the best time wud b after 17-18 weeks i guess. even then sometimes its difficult to see the genitals. it depends on how cooperative ur baby is. u know wot, it cud b a boy too for u, since sometimes the cord comes in the way of his little thing :D anyway, all the best to u :)

I like Zaina the most at the moment, but lets see what I end up with. It's really very difficult to decide.

Magic 8 ball - I see u like Zaina, even I have been thinking about it the past days.

Zaina is not among my favorites but it IS a cute name :) . I just listed it because you mentioned that you want a name that is short. And Zaina was among the nicer sounding names that begin with the the letter Z.

I like the name Alaiya (alaiya) because it has a nice meaning and it sounds different.

Re: Baby girl names

i LOVE aaliya/aliya. its short and cute.
