If the baby is already born and named when you go, I agree with a personalized gift idea
You can always include a gift receipt so they can exchange it in case they have already purchased that same item

Oh I have some great ideas, but I’m just a dad and as we all know, us dads, we’re useless parents and since you’re specifically asking mommies, I’ll move on.
