Boiled carrots... parsnip... Ice cream even? Not sure... It's got milk, sugar, lots of calcium... I think you can give egg as well

No eggs to 6 month baby....fruit and vegetable purée, mashed rice, baby cereal. I also gave my 6 month old some daal too.
