Heres one to begin with.
Halwa for babies 6 mths+
Half cup sooji (semolina)
Two tablespoons unsalted butter
Two tablespoons raw sugar
Two tablespoons milk
One cardamom
One tablespoon almond meal
and water.
Melt butter, add cardamom fry for half a minute.
Add sooji, sugar, milk and some water to dissolve the sugar. Cook for 5 minutes until you get a smooth consistency. Add almond meal and serve.
All of it may not be eaten at once, so try to give a little at a time during the course of the day.
Sago is very healty for little ones. It has a cooling effect and should be given in summers. You can either give it as a snack or breakfast.
Sago
Two tablespoons of sago
One tablespoon of honey
One cardamom
One cup of full cream milk
One cup of water
Boil sago in water and add cardamom. Until the colour becomes transparent. Add milk and simmer, you can add more milk if you want. Simmer for 5 minutes.
Cool off and add honey.
Its good for breakfast and will give the baby lots of energy to play.
Boil egg for a few minutes until you know that the egg yolk is hard.
Separate the yolk from the egg white.
Mix one tablespoon of honey with the yolk. Make it a creamy texture. It should be eaten in 3 spoonfuls.

You could make this without sugar, and the baby would still like it.
One slice of multigrain bread
One tablespoon of butter
Philadelphia cream cheese
Warm a non stick fry pan, melt the butter then place the bread so that its half golden.
Take it out and spread with cream cheese generously. This is for 12mths+ babies.
ooo its realy very helpful recipes for me ,my baby girl doesnt eat much ,i tried suji ki kheer also but she split it out what to do?if anyone can send more recipes or any desi recipe site for kids so it can sort out my problem.....
masha ALLAH my 8months old daughter likes to eat mostly spicy food or sweets, she doesnt like the pheeki baby food that much, so what i do is i add lots of yogurt to regular pulao or biryani n give her that to eat...or just blend some regular dessert like milk sawaiyyan or kheer for her.
Oatmeal is also easiest to make n healthy to eat...i use regular one n then blend it for her.
make cheddar cheese toast with ghee its soo healthy.
or take chopped apples, boil them in little water with cinnamon powder.
mix different fruits like strawberries, bananas, mangoes in yogurt.
