Do you have to wash brand new baby’s clothes before they wear them?

Preferably yes.I would definitely do it (I actually did wash everything before using when I had my daughter).
I think some NB clothing also says on the tags etc to wash before first use.

yes…you have to. recently, my Bhabhi washed all the clothes that she bought for her grand daughter.

It is recommended. I couldn’t with my first, but there were no problems.

Baby clothes are mostly made in china, even the big branded Carter’s etc. and the hygiene conditions during the manufacturing and shipping process are probably not regulated.
