When did all of you start giving a little bit of water to your babies?
Mine is just over 2 months now…

I started it at 6 months, he was exclusively at formula at six months and there were times when it felt he needed it. I breastfeed till almost 5 months.

I started after a month just a tea spoon, because she was havng thrush problem thts y doc asked me, else if baby is on breast milk no need of water till baby starts solids

I started at 6 months when introducing solids…but I breastfed exclusively for 6months…
for formula fed babies,you have to start giving water early but I’m not sure when

around 6 months or so. i don’t think formula fed babies need water earlier… formula is made in water. my kid was on formula for 10.5 months before we switched him to cow’s milk, and our paed didn’t say anything about giving him water sooner.
