Thankfully we dont experience hair in the food at home .. but the few times it has happened .. OMG .. my big bro will create a drama and the whole situation just becomes tensed and weird.
To prevent hair in the food .. We all tie our hai at all times. No one in my house wander around with untied hair. At times we can see hair on the kitchen flooring, because we do shed hair and its such a shame! Dont know how to prevent that though :(

@khawateen; yes , I can understand what you have had to go through … coz if it happens once in a blue moon , understandable , but if it happens every other day then it can cause immense frustration ..
During my own initial years of cooking , I experienced this baal issue .. and it was proper horror for me … I try now to first not wear cotton clothes coz hair get trapped on cotton more then silky /satiny textures… and also I try not to bend over the food while cooking it .. I would rather stretch my hand and stir it .. then hover all over the pot and drop a few baal in it 
and i have started wearing white gloves …coz you can spot a baal on it quicker .. normally with bare hands , hard to locate a baal …
