you can do self-exams to check for lumps… its not about preaching to the poor, its about bringing awareness and education and maybe for health matters such as these, there needs to be free education available. unfortunately, this is a nation-wide problem and it concerns the government. i don’t see much being done about this either
as for roti, won’t do you much good if you’re seriously sick or dying or dead- for you or your family. healthcare should be a priority.
