Anyone here who is involved in Business Process Outsourcing. Either you provide this service to various organisations or you Outsource your work to various organisation, please let me know. I’m doing some writting about it

I ve been in the BPO business since 1999, right from taking calls, to being a team leader, team manager, ops manager, setting up operations for client and now in the process of starting my own callcenter.

I want to write a research paper about BPO. Its future for the less developed economies and its impact on the economies both less developed [where you find most of the companies providing this service] and more developed[who normally outsource thier business] economies.
In short, want to know everything you can tell me.

I think you don;t need advice on how to run a BPO business but Macro econmic and social impacts on the supplya nd demand side. Send me a PM with your email and I will send you some studies, I have one from McKinsey, also one by Nasscom.
