Yes it is. I actually took a class that started out as preparation for the exam. You can look up stuff on MVA (Microsoft Virtual Academy). You can also find resources on the Azure section on the Microsoft site. I'd also suggest looking into WCF, FaaS (as well as the other cloud stuff PaaS/IaaS/SaaS); knowing those principles.
