PPP and its alliance partners........i.e MQM, ANP.......... ALL included..
They make alliances for their own political purposes. But PPP is not a Talibani party. This is why Gilani took ministerial role back from Swati, and did not give religious ministry to JUI. Eventually JUI left government.
In any case, even if PPP is making alliances with Taliban supporters, PTI is supposed to be a "different" party. PTI is supposed to be non-hypocrite. Unlike PPP or MQM or ANP. Isn't it? If PTI also does the same thing then what is the difference between it and others?

and when Imran only ‘suggested’ talking to Taliban you had already labelled him “Taliban supporter”, now PPP actually talks to him and you modify your stance and say “just talking to Taliban does not make a party Taliban supporter”… so what else is new in lota-land?

PPP is the worst excuse of a liberal party in Pakistan, which does more damage to the liberal cause than anyone else.

Understand this argument very well. I am sure that Imran is going to be in power soon.
I know people are desperate for change. But is this the change we are hoping for? At least I am scared of Imran's affiliation with Taliban supporters, and his addressing of people like Sipahe Sahaba and Darul Uloom Akorra Khattak.
You may be willing to give him benefit of doubt but I am not willing to take that risk. That may be the difference between you and me. Eventually I am sure you won't like Taliban strengthening either. Just like me.

I agree with you.
However, some of PPP's stances have been real good. Like appointing a non-JUI religious minister. JUI was so p... ummm ... upset with it that they had to bring 'sifarish' from a Saudi prince to have Kazmi sacked. Remember that? haha.

But the very reason you hate Imran is the same thing the PPP is doing. The PPP is negotiating with the Taliban and our interior minister considers them brothers. Well done there.

I really don't like any party presently. As far as I am concerned, ideology is more important than parties and personalities.
Criticizing Imran is not because I want to present any other party as an alternative. This is unfortunate but that's how it is.
If anything, I would say Paks should vote for Ron Paul.
