I think just to make enough noise so govt can stop going after opposition. Like right now its very clear that so far govt has been trying its best to crush opposition. Majority of leaders from PML(N) and PPP are or will end up in jail. Definitely today or tomorrow JUI would be next so its more of a proactive move so if govt does anything now, atleast they will get an outburst due to this dharna move. Plus Molanas are playing the Mazhab card which is like the trump card in Pak (after army) unfortunately.
Maulana always supported the establishment and they always gave him a piece of the governance pie in return.
Now, Maulana is really upset that the establishment supported PTI which resulted in wiping out his vote bank in KP. He even lost his own seat and has nothing to lose now. He want his piece of the pie back.

حکومت سمیت تمام سیاسی لیڈر شپ کوذمہ داری کا مظاہرہ کرنا چاہیئے۔وطن عزیز کو باغ نظر رویے کی ضرورت ہے۔ اس کے لئے عمران خان کو اپوزیشن بارےاپنی تضحیک آمیز گفتگو پر قابو پانا اور اپوزیشن سے جمہوری تقاضوں کے مطابق تعلقات استوار کرنا ہوں گے۔انہیں ادراک کرنا ہوگا کہ اپوزیشن بھی اس ملک کے عوام کی نمائیندگی کرتی ہے۔ انہیں سب کو غیر محب وطن کہنے سے پہلے سوچنا ہوگا کہ ان کے حاصل کردہ ووٹوں سے کہیں زیادہ لوگوں نے متحدہ اپوزیشن کو ووٹ دئے ہیں۔
