ok the main theme line is Why do we hate the mods? ohh please now dont say that i dont hate em cause everybody do:halo:( i do ..well some of them:naraz:) and there are many reasons for that
I notice this not only in GS but also in other forums. There is always this hmm..what should I call it ‘tention’ between mods and members in every forum. Is it Jealousy? Is it envy? or maybe just plain hatred?
help me out here:)
I want to have a HEALTHY discussion about your feelings towards the GS mods and their performance/attitude. . Lets just have a nice and mature talk. <----- thats is tough in cafe ..but lets try achaa.
Let us bring up points you don’t like and like about the moderators and discuss them one by one.
Mods your participation in this thread is not allowed ..this is PURE GUPPIES THREAD …well you can only come and clean the thread but NO VIEW POINTS from ur side… thankyou..
I admire Moderator Amal so it is wrong to say that all moderators are hated -well no one is hated anyway... Criticised -yes ...
Here are the things if moderators keep up with, they won't face any criticism - needless to say that critism is a tool to make yourself better and not feel offended for a person who has been given some responsibility.
Take the job as a Responsibility and not as a dictator/god/owner/Privileged
When someone points something wrong, do not just ask to get the _____ up... and tell that moderators know how to do their job. That is rather very un-moderator like.. Not everyone can butter you, you see...
Do not taunt members for not being a mod... you are insulting the rest of the guppies as well...
Do not gang up against a member and start targetting... If a member does that, he/she should be warned and so should be the mods - but then dillema is how are they going to warn themselves? Hence, stay away from things that you forbid yourself :)
It's not about members and mods thing, it's somethin more general in our life . Ppl in charge usually get the hate simply coz they 're dealing with wide range of mentalities and personalities, so you just cant make evey1 happy.
Makin' me happy means some1 else will be pissed off n vice versa.
Regardin' the performance n attitudes , i think all mods in general doin' great jobs , but of course there are some disgreement from time to time , which may cause some clashes.
So when the discussion is offensive to us, we want Mods to jump in. If we are offensive to some one, we want it to be called Azadi-e-Izhaar and then expect Mods to stay out:konfused:

What would be nice though is if the members understand that whatever work we do then it’s all for the improvement of this forum.9gosh i do sound like a politician)
So when suggestions are made and we happen to reject them then it’s not just for the sake of rejecting a member or putting him/her down..it’s actually because we don’t think the forum would benifit from it…and so on.

I think it should be carved with gold and hang up as an introduction to Cafe Plocies’ thread… A thread on its own… saying that you have become owner of the forum after 6 years of hard struggle to get registered on this site… and making a record of 4K of smiley
It will be a unique thing … I urge you to please, add it in the constitution approved by Azkar and ehsan bhai.. although Fraudia will need some nazar niyaaz .. these days, he needs some
If anything in life is certain ,If history has taught us something...it is to never go against the admin..and his team:) just see pakistani politics for that.<----i know its off topic.
