Also used the other tactics , they are famous for
PTI got two seats but both 2 were Mahajireen seats 1 from KPK other from Lahore but got very low votes and no seat from AJK
PPP got 3 seats , one from Karachi and 2 from AJK , The second highest vote in these elections .

Corruption is almost official in Punjab and Punjab is the most corrupt province and only one little better are Traffic Wardens .
All institution are 100 % corrupt and you can not do anything without bribe here .
So for this PML N and its people are expert of rigging in election , bribes to elders of brotheris , used bureaucracy & other institutions for this .

Supporters here for this party whose foundation goes back to Mardood Munafiqul Haq and ISI are not going to accept your fact. They just deflect the evil doing of their party and its leaders on poor QAS and Sindh. I had posted crime statistics which compared crimes in Pakistan. Punjab was at the top in crimes. Their party is ruling Punjab since last one decade.
