1- I am still curious how it shows like a smiley when the member is tagged, but cannot be used independently?
2- Also why smilies options are not shown when quoting someone just like I did?
Few years ago that was not the problem as far as my memory works. I could choose any smiley anytime or however I posted.
I believe some of the smilies were removed and yours might have been one of them.

Yes I think I did mention it once that this and several other large sized smileys were removed.
Diwana when someone tags anyone basically it brings the avatar/DP that the person has. And since you have put your smiley as the DP, it brings that. (not the smiley lol)
Meanwhile it looks like [USER="125318"]chapter 2[/USER] really brings the best out of people he/she know :)
