Ishtiaq Ahmed wrote suspense novels, much like Ian Fleming wrote James Bond.
..And Takbeer is not fiction and I highly doubt you have ever read Takbeer for if you had you would not have nonsensically tried to associate it with hate propaganda...
I have read takbeer many times. it has toned down since Mr salahuddin passed away but it still is full of conspiracy theories which could be best described as fiction. And if it is not fiction, it is borderline hate propoganda at the minimum, how about you pick up one issue, translate it into english post it here and let our non muslim friends vote. The fact that all that prejudiced smack talk is not even fiction is more troubling.

If you say yes, then that is exactly what the show wants the people to say, because according to the show, the rights and liberties of a few can be sacrificed for the safety of the many...
the show asks questions, questions that are in people's minds already. The same happened with the Denzel washington movie, I forget the name, it raised a lot of stink and I saw it and as a muslim I thought it raised good points about whether this is an approach that should be followed. Now if some people are going to see it as justifications then that is their view.

Not one influential Pakistani will promote Takbeer or Ishtiaq Ahmed as a must read...However, sen. McCain has made a guest appearance in the show, it has been promoted by major influential people in politics as a must watch...Rush Limbaugh was gaga over it...
Pakistani politicians are too busy fighting over the chair they dont have time for anything else. However, they dont need to make appearances in shows, the statements of MMA leadership go far enough.
