Hey Frettie... its been a long time!
OK, here are my guesses:
Theme 1 - originally from The Excorcist but probably 'modified' for something like The Scary Movie 1, 2 or 3.
Theme 2 - from one of teh Friday 13th Parts 1 to n
Theme 3 - file corrupt so cannot determine. Please reload.
Theme 4 - Jaws (don't know which part but I'd guess the 1st one).

Hey Mystery. You didn't do too bad. My mistake, Themes 3 and 4 are the same. The correct answers are as follows;

2) Halloween
