Sometimes they don't have jaali degrees. I have a friend who is doing Phd from good uni here but his spelling are awful. He is very smart and all... Just can't spell.
True. I myself have met people who do indeed hold certain degrees but their grammar/spelling etc isn't quite what you'd expect. I guess the standard of education varies. Even at work we have programmers/analysts who can't hold a proper conversation for their life, but they are amazing at what they do (code, debug, analyze etc.)
