I know it’s out of topic, but microwave create radioactive rays which can cause cancer, it’s better to avoid it but its hard.

Let me change the title.

this is not true. microwave ovens produce non-ionizing waves. all they do is make certain kinds of molecules like water vibrate and produce heat. zero radioactivity.
