Why do you say that PIA sucks? I think its wonderful... plus the way some of our brethren and sisters behave with the staff and crew on boards is so deplorable that i think we should appreciate the cooperation and tolerance of the crew (I have seen stewardesses on AA and Delta threatening to throw out passengers on simple requests like asking for a pillow). Also if you have suggestions for improvement send them an email or when on board fill out one of their forms, they have become very good about acknowledgement and response.
