Read in a dutch newspaper today:
Statistics show the average age for dutch women to get married is 31.5 years
And for men 34.6 years
I say that’s quite old, especially if you compare that to Pakistani men/women.
Does anyone know what the statistics are for Pakistani men/women?
Just found out that in the US it's:
Men- 27 years
Women- 25 yrs
Could someone help me out with the Pakistani/Indian avg. age?
(yes I have nothing better to do!)
34.6 years? I guess that statistic includes people who marry for the 2nd, 3rd, etc. time. Otherwise I don't think the average age would be that high.
also Dutch women are on average 30.something when they get their first child: it’s the highest in the world.
A further increase in this number can jeopardize the fertility of Dutch society. it’s alarming!

and 30 - 50 % of these married couples get divorced.. so shinno the stats aint that quite accurate.
Here are the statistics for Pakistan:
The average age of marriage is 25.8 years for males and 21.7 years for females...
In Balauchistan men usually marry after 35 years... in Punjab villages marriage age is less compared to cities.. Average age to marry is going up in cities especially..
