m not kidding.....my parents had seen 30 rishtas for me.....i rejected few and few rejected me....i lost my back up cousins but m not going to be single

**bakra #1 **was the son of a very close family friend..our mom's were bff..i loved the family, his cousin was my close friend, but in the end...no chemistry, it was too icky for us, so...no go...(laikin i wish i could have married the family and not him...lol!)

bakra #2....uff where do i begin with this...on paper was perfect 10....from a rich, diplomat family in Isloo, in america doing his residency in anesthesliogy..talked to him over the phone for a few months, started to seriously consider..he came down to our city with the aunty who set the rishta up...my family totally ga-ga for him, looked like it might be a done deal...UNTIL....he asked my mom if we could go out alone together to talk, she said of course...so where do i take him? ended up just driving him around our city..showing where i grew up, my college etc...ended up at a mall..walked around till closing time...got back on the road to drop him off at the aunty's house where he was staying..and THEN...the SOB decides he wants to "test drive the goods" if you get my point...yes, he wanted to make out...yes, i'm the typical, morally corrupt ABCD who will be more than happy to suck face/play "doctor" with a complete and total stranger...i kid you not! If I could have cut his nuts off right then and there, I would have! Needless to say, I had some choice words for my mom when I got back home...totally scarred me for life towards the whole "rishta" process...lol!

**bakra #3 **never actually met the guy, and the process never really started cuz his mom brought the rishta after I was already involved with my soon to be hubby...when my mom politely declined, the aunty said "please aghar kisi bhi reason ke waja se iski baat nahin chalti, mujhe zuroor batana..main aank band kar ke isko apni bahu bana doongi..." LMAO...WTF!?!?!?

I dont think zero is a correct answer if you are in a relationship unless you are not looking to marry that person. ie it must be 1, since you evaluated that person to be the one.

Zero would be the correct answer if you have never evaluated a prospective husband or wife.

I don't believe in arranged marriages in the traditional sense. I have seen girls but I have done all of this under duress. Finally convinced my mom that as long as I am in the field it is not a conducive environment to getting married.
