Did anybody catch it last night? There happens to be a Muslim contestant on the show, a 21 year old college professor…beauty and brains. You should have seen how he acted like such a gentleman with his arms folded when he was talking to the girl.
OMG you beat me to it! I was going to post a thread re: this new reality show. I don’t particularly like the show compared to say The Bachelor or The Bachelorette and no, the reason is not because of the rather dorky men on the show. By the time the show ended, I was flipping channels, so I don’t know. Maybe next episode, I won’t be prompted to boredom as much. We’ll see.

khekasha - there is a possibility that Tareeq Kabir could be a part-time college professor - most of the students make their way out of college by teaching and studying from the same college. :)
anyhow - as for the show - sigh Melana is a hottie but why is she looking for an average guy? :( - she's an entertainment announcer of Kansas City Chiefs(my favorite football team)

i watched the first episode. um this is my personal opinion, i could be wrong and i don’t mean to offend anyone else’s comments in this thread. But is there anyone else who found this to be a dumb show, along the lines of Joe Millionaire? What is up with these reality tv shows - they are getting stupider every season - am i the only one who thought this way? i don’t know, i could be wrong. i just found it really stupid. There’s no way that anyone is going to find “true love” in such a fake environment, where there is so much intense pressure for the lady and the guy to be a ‘match’ - i mean, it just seems all so artificial. i could be wrong, i dunno, i’m not trying to offend anyone who liked it. That’s just my one cent’s worth of opinion.
