Okay so I wanna get some outfits made to wear at home. Simple shalwar kameez that is. Before I get into it how much should I expect to pay for a good quality shalwar kameez with a dupatta as well. My sil will most probably be buying the material from Tariq road & get the stitching done in Bahadurabad.
How much does it cost to get a plain shalwar kameez stitched in Karachi now a days? & how long does it take?

depends on the fabric, I think a simple, to wear at home outfit shouldn't cost more than 2000Rs including buying the fabric and any trimmings etc....at least in Lahore..prices could be different in Khi

Oh okay. What about the stitching Sara? Do you know how much that would cost? So 2000 Rs would be good quality?
I have heard tailors charge more in Lahore than Karachi. Is that true?

I don't know about that..
2000 would include stitching as well...depends really...I shopped in Lahore, there it ranged from 100-300 done by aunties working out of their homes to 800-1500 at boutiques
